Luke's Little Tot's graduation

So, we've had a WONDERFUL year at Little Tots!  Can't believe it's come to an end.  Luke graduated tonight.  Very bittersweet.  He's so ready for "big school", but I'm so not ready to let him go.  Time is going by so fast.  My mom made the comment...."you know next time he wears a cap and gown...."  yeah, yeah.  I know.  I don't even want to think that far in the future.  We are so proud of you, Luke!

Today was Luke's end of the year party at preschool.  We all had such a wonderful time.  Props to all the moms that made this happen!  (I was just the mom that picked up a few things and paid money!).  There was the bounce house, games, popsicles, pizza, chips, drinks and all kinds of prizes to win.  Hard to believe that Luke is done with preschool.  

As Ms. Lisa says...."He is so ready for kindergarden"!  I agree.

Easter at Grammy and Papaw's 2012

We had our annual Easter egg hunt at mom and dad's on Saturday with almost 300 eggs to hunt!  The kids always have so much fun doing this.  We are starting not to have as many of the grandkids hunt now days. There were only 5 out of the 8 this year.  But, the older ones always help the little ones.

Opening day of baseball for the ADYB was Saturday.  Luke is so excited to play baseball this year.  He didn't get to play last year since he was only 4, so this was the big year!  The Cardinals had a big win on opening day against the Mets.  18-0!  Go Cards!

Easter at Little Tots

Luke's class at preschool had their Easter party on Thursday.  As always....lots of fun was had by all!

Allie's big girl room

So here it is....Allie's big girl room!  I'm so sad that this stage has come.  No more crib (yes, I'm keeping the glider in her room until she does NOT want me to rock her!).  She seems to like the room set up...now let's just see if she stays in her bed!  Wish us luck.....

Allie's first haircut

Allie had her first haircut last night by Neannie Hinkle.  Allie LOVES to play dress up/fix my hair, but isn't a fan of sitting still.  All in all, she did great!

Luke's first pulled tooth!!

Luke pulled his first tooth tonight....just about all by himself!  (The hygienist in me had to step in and aid just a little bit!)  Such a big boy!

Happy Valentine's day 2012

Well, February is upon us....my first post of the month comes on the 15th.  EEEKKK!!  Where is this year going?
So, we celebrated Valentine's Day yesterday.  Luke had his party at school.  We did ice cream sundaes for the kids.  Yes, they were FULL of sugar by the time we got home.  Oh, well...ice cream for lunch every now and then is ok in my opinion!

 Allie had the joy of getting to go to Luke's party.  She also got to partake of the ice cream for lunch!

All in all it was an awesome Valentine's day.  The kids got cards and money from Grammy and Papaw and goodies from Grammy and Poppy.  We got Allie a new Repunzel doll and Luke got the Batcopter.  Cory got me a few gift cards.  Perfect.  Also, yesterday Sydney got a wonderful report from her 21 month MRI and CAT scans.  Cancer free!  Love it!
