it came a good rain today.....and we let luke have at it!  i know, i know,  he's going to get pneumonia you say, but he had a blast.  cory and i both loved playing in puddles after a good rain when we were kids.  so, why not??

she even smiles when she makes a mess.  as you can see in the background, she has pulled EVERYTHING out of the bottom drawer and most everything out of the middle drawer of her dresser.  so this is what i did with her when i cleaned up the mess.....

i know, i know, you are wondering.....where's superman??  well, he still has all the superman stuff and still flies like superman.  he's just going through a batman phase now.  he even wants to be batman for halloween.....

todd and lisa visit

our friends, todd and lisa, moved back to west virginia 2 years ago and came down for a visit last week.  we have really missed them and were so glad they decided to come back to alabama for a few days.  luke fell BACK in love with lisa.  for those of you who don't know, luke loved lisa when we went to gooch ln. church of christ.   it was so good to see you both!

happy 3rd birthday, kinley!

we celebrated kinley's 3rd birthday at kidventure yesterday evening.  we all had fun at her "mermaid" party!  i didn't get any of kinley blowing out her candles...my camera was giving me a fit!    happy birhday, kinley!  we love you!
