sunday, anna had a surprise get together for david's birthday.  david had no clue.  props to anna!  we had so much fun visiting with everyone.  the kids had a blast, too!

luke's superman birthday party

luke decided to have a superman birthday party this year....shocked, hu??  he wanted friends to come this year.  so, we had luke's first "friend birthday party" this year.  we all had fun!  we told everyone to bring the gators and other riding toys and we just let the kids at it!  hot dogs, birthday cake and good company!  i say luke had a wonderful party this year!!  happy 4th luke!  we love you very much!!!

Hartselle Depot Days

we decided to go to Hartselle today for Depot Days.  we had a blast.  tons and tons of vendors with arts and crafts and tons and tons of people!  luke's fav was definitely the tractor show.  

we had lunch at the old Hartselle train depot.  two thumbs up from us!

or in the Athens State collage gym.  they moved Art on the Square inside this year since there was a small chance of rain.  it was crowded, but luke had fun.  he kept asking us "mama, did i just do an art?"  "da-da, did i just do a craft?".  so, he's not the artsy type!
